Regenia Bell Brice, 82, of Dudley went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, October 23, 2021 at Smithfield Manor Nursing and Rehab Center.

Viewing will be held Thursday, October 28, 2021 from 10 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Goldsboro with the homegoing service to follow at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Wayne Memorial Park in Dudley.

She was born in Virginia on March 1, 1939 to the late Robert and Lena Martin McLaughlin. Mrs. Brice was a member of Antioch Missionary Baptist Church in Goldsboro where she served on the hospitality usher board and welcome committee. She retired from O’Berry center and RG Barry Manufacturing.

Mrs. Brice is survived by her daughter, Angela Mae Brice-Smith and husband, Dr. Hermon Smith of Maryland; two brothers, Reverend Leroy McLaughlin of Virginia and Johnnie McLaughlin of Colorado; one sister, Elinor Cooke and husband, Arthur of Virginia; one grandson, H. Walter Smith IV (Tyler Richardson) and one great-granddaughter, Rylee Smith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by  her husband, Retired Senior Master Sergeant (Air Force) John Lee Brice; two brothers, Wallace McLaughlin and Robert McLaughlin and two sisters, Catherine Cooley and Clara Tinley.
