Naomi (Mapp) Kiser

Naomi Mapp Kiser, 54, of Goldsboro passed away suddenly on Wednesday, March 4, 2020 at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh.

A celebration of her life will be held Thursday, March 12, 2020 at 4 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.  The family will receive friends following the service.

Mrs. Kiser was born in Japan on December 01, 1965 to the late John Mapp and Setsuko Ogawa Mapp.

She is survived by her husband, Carl Kiser;  three daughters, Naomi Ramsaroop and husband, Courdney of Columbia, South Carolina, Ena Torres of Orlando, Florida and Elaine Torres of Orlando, Florida; three step-daughters, Carlynn Kiser of Raleigh, Alyssa Kiser of Concord, North Carolina and Jordan Kiser of Charlotte; one sister, Lillian Vaughn of Exmore, Virginia; one grandson, Logan Ramsaroop; one granddaughter, Mila Yarema and one nephew, Kyle Mapp and wife, Christine of Richmond, Virginia. 

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Kiser was preceded in death by her brother, William Mapp.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to the Wayne County Humane Society in Naomi's memory. 

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
