Windom Levi Elliott, 39, of Show Low, AZ, formerly of Warren, passed away, Saturday, September 24, 2016 in Goldsboro.

Visitation will be held Friday, September 30, 2016 from 5 – 8 p.m. at Stringer & Griffin Funeral Home Chapel in Woodville, Texas.

Windom was born March 22, 1977 in Woodville, Texas. He was a man of many talents. He could operate heavy equipment, and was a welder and a pipefitter. He enjoyed his ability to know how to fix and repair things. He loved the outdoors passionately and was a U.S. Air Force veteran.

He is survived by his mother, Tomye Jo Gardner & husband, Michael of Warren; father, Bobby Elliott of Warren; sons, Nicholas Elliott & Gavin Elliott both of Sulphur, LA; grandmother, Jewel Inman of Warren; brothers, Bobby Jo “B.J.” Elliott of Warren, Jimmy Sackett, Jr & wife, Sheila of Kountze, Lloyd Gardner of Chandler, AZ, Jason Gardner of Globe, AZ, and Jeremy Gardner & wife, Andi of Mesa, AZ; sisters, Sandy Simonis & husband, Neal of Colmesneil, Melissa Peek & husband, Doug of Chandler, AZ and LaDawn Copeland of Mesa, AZ; and special friends, Robert & Melissa Hoskins of Goldsboro, NC.

Local funeral arrangements are in the care of  Howell Funeral Home and Crematory in Goldsboro.
