Linda Faye Raines

Linda Faye Raines, 69, passed away Saturday, May 05, 2018 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Funeral services will be held Friday, May 11, 2018 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.  Interment will follow at Princeton Cemetery.

Linda Faye was born in Wayne County on March 18, 1949 to the late Edward James and Ruth E. Hollowell Martin.

She is survived by her husband, Russell Clayton Raines; one son, Adam Clayton Raines and wife, Rebecca of Princeton; one daughter, Loretta Ann Medlin and husband, Dwight of Princeton; two step-sons, Richard Allen Raines of Missouri and Russell Clayton Raines Jr. of Missouri; one step-daughter, Becca Ann Raines of West Virginia; one brother, Dennis James Martin of Princeton; her half-brother, Anthony Lee Hollowell and wife, Sonya of Princeton; her sister, Diane Martin Coffey and husband, Steve of Princeton: four grandchildren, Amber, Jayden, Sara, and Haley; six step-grandchildren and one great-grandchild Elijah.

The family will receive friends Thursday evening, May 10, 2018 from 7 until 8:30 p.m. at Howell Funeral Home & Crematory and other times at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, 2579 Old Smithfield Road in Princeton.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
