Joan, “Scooter”, just learned of Dave’s passing. He will always be remembered as an original FASD’r and for the sobriquet in the SCO - “you’re in grave danger with Dave Granger. I have such fond memories of our FASD parties and being able to bug him during the day at good ole 902d.

I was saddened to learn that the world has lost a great soldier, and I have lost a friend and colleague. Dave and I served together at the 66th MI Group in Munich. My deepest condolences to Joann and family. I will miss our occasional phone conversations. RIP Dave.

So sorry to hear of Dave's passing. I won't forget our years of working together at Fort Meade and also when he was at Fort Ritchie. Dave was a great guy who surely made my job a lot easier.

Wishing Dave's family peace and comfort at this difficult time. I was a colleague of Dave's at the 902nd and worked with him in Europe a few times. He was a terrific guy to work with and just a good man all around. I had a great deal of respect for him and know he will be missed. Godspeed SGM Dave Granger, Rest in Peace, my Brother.

Joan and family, so very sorry for your loss. 40 years ago, we never thought about these things. Now they are an unfortunate reality. Dave was a friend, colleague, and the consummate professional soldier. I wouldn't have made it to the rank I did without his sage advice and guidance. Rest in Peace my freind.

Prayers for David's family. I served with David during the mimd-70's in Frankfurt, Germany. He was a great person and a better role model for younger soldiers. He will be missed by me and many others.
