Pikeville- Catherine Joan Tallett, 87, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2016 at home.

A private service will be held.

Mrs. Tallett was born in the United Kingdom on May 12, 1929 to the late Walter and Katherine Morgan Weeks. 

She is survived by her son, Julien Tallett and wife, Carole of England; two daughters, Michele Ucciardi and husband, Nicholas of Pikeville and Theresa Powell and husband, Donnie of Pikeville; three brothers, Ruben Weeks and wife, Doreen of South Wales, Dennis Weeks and wife, Maureen of South Wales and David Weeks and wife Pat of South Wales; grandchildren, Joanne Morris (Rachael), Scott Tallett, Catherine Longwell (Joshua), Christopher Morris, Robert Ucciardi, Philip Morris (Kimberly) and Amy Tucker (Simon); great-grandchildren, Kirsten Aycock, Megan Worrell, Ashton Higham, Zander Morris, Cooper Clarke-Morris, Emily Pettinger, Louisa Pettinger, Isabella Longwell and Nicholas Longwell and a close friend, Cindy Hubrich.

The family is in the care of Howell Funeral Home & Crematory in Goldsboro.
